SX-801 material main composition: chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), boron (B), Cr3C2 hard ceramics and so on.
The specific microstructure of the SX-801 spraying layer: Cr 3C 2 and the mixture of the products produced in the spraying process are hard particles, which are equivalent to the skeleton in the coating structure; NiCrB has good ductility and corrosion resistance as a carrier of hard points. The hard particles are embedded in the carrier and evenly distributed in the carrier.
SX-801 wear resistance: Cr 3C 2 and the mixed phase of the product produced in the spraying process as hard particles, become the skeleton of the coating structure, subject to the impact of erosion particles. It is well known that chromium carbide has a very high hardness and can fully meet the requirements of wear resistance.
SX-801 ductility: chromium carbide has a very high hardness, but the thermal expansion coefficient is very different from the matrix, which requires that the carrier should have good ductility, that is, it has a thermal expansion coefficient similar to the matrix. The transition of NiCrB as a carrier and the bottom layer ensures the ductility of the entire coating and does not crack during the continuous temperature change process.
SX-801 corrosion resistance: The coating works under the condition of corrosive media, NiCr has good corrosion resistance, to ensure that it will not cause the failure of hard points due to the corrosion of the carrier, which directly affects the wear resistance of the coating.
