SX-601 high temperature and corrosion resistant coating powder core wire

 

 

Typical application: During the operation of the power station boiler, due to the burning of high-sulfur coal, a large amount of flue gas containing SO2/O2, H2S and other components is produced. The free sulfur atoms generated through different ways at high temperature react with the boiler heating surface wall to produce high temperature sulfur corrosion of sulfide type. FeS is the main corrosion product. The corrosion product FeS is porous and loose structure, which has no protective effect on boiler tube wall. Our company and the United States TAFA company researchers jointly research, using nano agglomeration technology, developed nano powder high temperature corrosion resistance tubular powder core spraying wire SX-601, SX-601 material main components and functions:

 

 

The main components of the material are: nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr), titanium

 

The role of nickel element Ni in the coating - Nickel has a surface cube structure, the structure is very stable, no allotropic transformation. It has good alloying properties, rarely forms harmful phase with other alloying elements, and has good ductility so that the coating has almost the same thermal expansion coefficient as the boiler tube. The role of chromium element Cr in the coating is that chromium can improve the vulcanization corrosion resistance of nickel-based alloys, form a stable and dense Cr2O3 protective layer to inhibit the diffusion process of elements, and Cr2O3 has excellent wear resistance to inhibit the S element in Ni3S2. Thus, the appearance of low-melting eutectic Ni-Ni3S2 is reduced. The role of titanium element Ti in the coating - titanium is an exothermic element, which increases the bonding force of the coating, and the metal titanium forms a spinel structure with chromium and oxygen in the coating.
