HVAF sandblasting + spraying

The process sequence of HVAF spraying is completely simplified, the rod is installed in the spraying room and sandblasted directly with HVAF equipment, and then sprayed with HVAF equipment. After spraying, the rod is mounted on the grinder for grinding. The use of HVAF equipment will save a lot of working time, the use of HVAF sandblasting will be more than 10 times faster than the traditional means, and the sand consumption is only 1/20 of the original! In addition, spraying with HVAF equipment is at least three times faster. From the economic point of view of application, the preparation of amorphous iron based coatings by HVAF is more advantageous.
