1. The operating system composed of Siemens PLC and Siemens touch screen can store more than 1000 spraying formulations and achieve diversified control of more than 1000 spraying process parameters. Moreover, the data input and output can be realized by connecting with the external central control host through the port, and the monitoring, recording and printing functions with the external computer can be realized.
2, through the mass flow meter to achieve digital accurate flow control of all process gases used in spraying, including powder carrier gas. The mass flow meter ensures that the flow accuracy of the gas is controlled within the ±1.0% range, thus ensuring the repeatability of the coating.
3, the gas flow is adjusted through the touch screen human-machine interface, each process gas is displayed on the touch screen and the actual value of the flow and pressure is displayed in real time during the spraying process. Each gas pipeline has its own independent mass flow meter and pressure sensor to achieve accurate control, monitoring and display of gas.
