Coating can be divided into:
(1).. Abrasion resistance coating: including adhesion resistance, surface fatigue wear and erosion resistance coating. There are low temperature wear resistance less than 538℃ and high temperature 538-843℃ wear coating.
(2) anti-corrosion coating: depends on the corrosion environment, the change of the corrosion medium, produce different nature of corrosion damage degree. Such as atmospheric (industrial urban and rural Marine) environment corrosion, chemical medium (gas, molten liquid) corrosion, according to the specific working conditions (medium, temperature, concentration, pressure, etc.) select the appropriate coating material for protection.
