SX-9000HVOF MFC

MFC SX-9000 Operation points:
After the equipment is installed: click the screen to open the setting of digital parameters, you can start the machine.
------------------------------------------------------
FM SX-8000 compared to MFC SX-9000: Operating equipment:
1. MFC SX-9000 only needs to input data on the touch screen to start up. Relatively stable. So many people choose to use it
2.FM SX-8000 needs to use manual control panel data meter { main gas meter, ammeter, voltmeter, powder supply pressure gauge } program is a little more complicated than.

MFC SX-9000: Operating equipment:
1-You must click the purification button every time before starting the machine: (count the second button from the left)
(In order to purify the impurities of the spray gun, press and hold the purify button for 4-5 seconds, then release your hand. Complete)
2--Then press the Start button: (yellow button)
(Press the start button for 2 seconds ----- release the hand. Complete)
3---- then see sG-100 spray gun on arc light:
(After the arc light of the spray gun reaches the standard ----- can be sprayed with powder to start)
4-- Reference table of powder spraying data of various components:
5---- After the end of the shutdown is the red button.
(------- completed ------)
When there are other parts that are not ready such as: gas, plumbing system, powder, etc., the equipment will automatically alarm, and show which parts of the equipment need repair
Description:
1 - Compact Lightweight type JP5000 HVOF spray gun kit, equipped with 4-inch and 6-inch nozzles
2 - When spraying high melting point powders (such as tungsten carbide or alloy powders), a 6-inch long nozzle can be used; while when spraying low melting point powders (such as nickel-chromium carbide powders), a 4-inch short nozzle can be used as an alternative

HVOF thermal spray powder
1----Tungsten carbide

WC-Co is a high-hardness cobalt-based coated powder. It is produced through a granular sintering process. It is a layer of metal cobalt coated on the surface of cast tungsten carbide as a protective and bonding layer. It has excellent resistance to abrasive wear and high-temperature oxidation, and is suitable for ultrasonic plasma spraying or HVOF ultrasonic spraying processes. It is commonly used in situations with severe wear, such as guide plates, shafts, external process rollers of continuous rolling furnaces, hard sealing surfaces, etc.
Chemical composition of the powder :88%(WC)+12% Co)
Coating hardness: HRC65-70
2----Nickel-chromium carbonitride chromium spray powder

Description: Cr3C2-Ni Cr is a high-temperature wear-resistant and high-hardness ceramic coating. Its resistance to high-temperature oxidation can reach approximately 900°C. It is suitable for HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel) and super-sonic plasma spraying. It is commonly used for spraying coatings on "four tubes" of boilers, as well as on the blades of induced draft and exhaust fans, and high-temperature conduits.
Chemical composition of the powder: 75% (Cr3C2) - 25% (NiCr)
NiCr chrome carbide
3-nickel-chromium alloy powder

Particle size: -140 + 325 mesh, -45 + 15 microns
Hardness: 20HRC
Process: Oxygen-acetylene flame, plasma spraying, HVOF supersonic spraying
Description: Nickel-chromium alloy powder has excellent resistance to high-temperature oxidation. The coating can operate at temperatures below 980°C. The coating has good toughness and is mainly used as a protective coating for steel and low-alloy steel components under high-temperature conditions. It can also serve as an adhesive phase for carbide coatings. Fine powder can be used as the base material for coating layers of heat exchange devices and components in new energy vehicles.
