The process flow
Silicon aluminum powder - lining sandblasting - arc spraying base - plasma spraying - polishing processing - packaging
Brief introduction of main process:
Preparation of silicon aluminum powder: in order to ensure the stability of the process, it is necessary to purchase silicon ingots, aluminum ingots through grinding, screening, mixing and other steps to prepare silicon aluminum powder body for spraying.
Sandblasting process: the target liner purchased cannot be used directly. In order to make the spraying layer firmly combined, polishing sandblasting treatment is needed for the liner.
Arc spraying base: Spraying some alloy material as the transition layer between the coating and the liner, the function is to make the coating and the liner more stable connection. The base wire is made of nickel aluminum alloy.
Spraying process: this process is the main link of the whole production, target specifications are different, spraying time is long, the production capacity of a single spraying equipment is very limited, continuous more than 30 hours to produce a length of 3897mm target. Since the spray nozzle is a consumable part, it may be necessary to replace the spray nozzle several times during spraying.

Process equipment
(1) Spraying equipment
Target material spraying equipment includes 1 set of 80KW plasma spraying equipment, 1 set of 30KW automatic arc spraying equipment, 1 set of automatic sand blasting machine, 1 set of sand blasting room suction system and 1 set of spraying room suction dust system.
(2) powder making equipment
Pulverizing equipment includes: 1 dryer, 1 high-speed grinder, 1 screen machine, 1 mixing machine and 1 magnetic separator.
(3) Non-standard mechanical equipment
Non-standard mechanical equipment includes 1 automatic polishing machine, 1 automatic sandblasting rail car and 1 automatic spraying rail car.
