Arc sprayed molybdenum wire coating SX-1000

Arc spraying equipment and applications

1-- Composition of arc equipment

(power supply + control system + thermal spraying gun + wire feeding mechanism + air supply device)

2- Arc spraying principle: arc spraying is a thermal spraying process that takes arc as heat source and atomizes the melted wire with high-speed air flow, so that the droplet particles are sprayed to the workpiece surface at a higher speed to form a coating.

3-- Spraying material application:

Zinc and zinc alloys: widely used in outdoor steel structures, such as water gates, Bridges, towers and containers, etc

Aluminum and aluminum alloys: widely used in water storage containers, steel components surrounded by sulfur gas, food storage, combustion chambers, ship hulls and gates, etc

Copper and copper alloy: aluminum bronze alloy is mainly used for spraying water pump blade, air gate valve, piston, bearing bush surface.

Nickel and nickel alloy: Nickel-chromium alloy has very good thermal resistance

Molybdenum: often used as a bonding layer material in spraying

Carbon steel and low alloy steel: widely used arc materials

Powder core wire: good stability at high temperature

babbitt wire: Tin and lead base bearing alloys with antifriction propertiesAlso known as white alloy. The main alloy components are tin, lead, antimony, copper. Antimony and copper are used to improve the strength and hardness of alloys.

4- Technical features:

A-- The coating has high bonding strength, high hardness and low porosity

B- High energy efficiency and low operating costs

C- Easy to use and maintain

D- High productivity, safe and reliable, spraying workpiece deformation

E- Suitable for wire with conductive properties

5- Application Direction:

Technology widely used, can produce a variety of functional coating, spraying, there is no limit to the size and shape of work piece to, in the industry also has its own shadow, can not only on the metal surface coating, can also in nonmetal substrate: such as concrete, wood, plaster, plastic, stone, rubber, ceramic, clay, glass, paper coating even

Functional coating:

A- Corrosion resistant coating

B- Repair of mechanical parts

C- Make molds quickly
